My name is Megan Scully and I am a Registered Dietitian, baking enthusiasts, wannabe foodie and dance instructor. I have a strong passion for living a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying good eats and treats. My love for baking and just being in the kitchen started when I was a little girl. My mom took it upon herself to teach my sister and I how to bake the perfect cookie. Of course that included dipping my fingers into the batter and getting flour all over the floor. This initial love for cookie making grew over the years into something much greater.
I wouldn’t quite classify myself as a foodie, but I am definitely a bakaholic, enjoy cooking and like trying out new healthy products and recipes. As a dietitian, I strive to eat healthy foods everyday that taste good, while also allowing myself to indulge in sweet treats. “Everything in moderation” is my motto, as I believe there is a place for all foods in the diet. Eating healthy is a lifestyle and experimenting with new products and trying out recipes can lead to a ton of fun in the kitchen.
